Obtaining statutory consents for work to be carried out, including Scheduled Monument and Listed Building consent

Preparing and submitting the complete application package including drawings and Design, Access and Heritage Statements
Architectural designs
Undertaking architectural design with a particular focus on supporting clients undertaking conservation and restoration projects

Production of plans and designs using AutoCAD
Preparing specifications for tender. Issuing tender packages and analysing returns

Acting as Contract Administrator to manage the works on site
We are based in Norfolk but practice nationally as necessary to meet the needs of clients. We have experience of working with domestic and commercial clients, including schools and churches, on a range of projects but with a particular focus on the conservation and restoration of historic buildings
